Katrina Gessi is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in the care and management of epilepsy in adults. She provides comprehensive care for patients, including seizure management, medication adjustments, and patient education. Her clinical interests include epilepsy research, pharmaceutical advancements, and long-term epilepsy management.

She is passionate about helping individuals better understand their condition and empowering them to take an active role in their treatment. With a warm and collaborative approach, Katrina is committed to supporting her patients through every step of their journey with epilepsy.

Katrina serves in the Department of Neurology, Division of Epilepsy at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Nurses Association.
