My visit was for follow up of pneumonia with persistent cough. - At rooming no one took my temperature or oximetry' - The provider, while pleasant during enounter, addressed me alternatively as "Hon, Honey and Dear". They never asked or addressed me by my preferred name. Ever. This is dismissive and demeaning. - The x-ray that was taken at this visit was not read by a radiologist until a week later. Overall, not a satisfying or assuring visit. -
