Jacob Borgsmiller, DO

Jake Borgsmiller, DO, is a family medicine physician. He chose a career in family medicine to help families in Oklahoma be the healthiest versions of themselves. Dr. Borgsmiller chose to practice medicine at SSM Health because of the emphasis on faith. He believes that forming a working relationship with patients allow him to help patients better understand illness and the different treatments available to them. When he is not care for patients, Dr. Borgsmiller enjoys running and exercising, hunting, fishing, hiking and family time.
