I feel fortunate that she is my new doctor. She is both a skilled doctor and a lovely person to work with.

It was just one appointment, but she explained her rationale, took time to understand my situation and it was not rushed despite being the end of the day when people are itching to depart.

Fatima is a sweetheart. She cares about her patients and does her utmost to empathize but still manages to impress upon her patient that THEY (the patient) need to prioritize themselves and their health above other considerations. The patient needs to realize that they themselves hold the key to making or breaking their health.
