Dr. Erin Swan is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and trauma for patients ages 18 and older. She offers non-surgical and surgical treatment options for injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. She is particularly interested in treating chronic shoulder instability - anterior, posterior, and multidirectional instability.

Dr. Swan performs several orthopedic surgeries, including rotator cuff repair; knee ligament reconstruction; meniscus repair; total knee arthroplasty; direct anterior (muscle sparing) total hip arthroplasty; carpal tunnel release; cubital tunnel release; trigger finger release; and fracture repair. Her mission is to provide patients with excellent orthopedic care, utilizing the most up-to-date, evidence-based practice available.

Dr. Swan is an assistant professor with the Division of Orthopedics in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Dr. Swan is active duty in the U.S. Air Force.
