Charlotte Shackelford, PA-C has almost a quarter-century of experience in primary care for men, women and children.

She graduated from the University of Oklahoma's physician associate program and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants. She cares for patients with a wide variety of family medicine needs with a focus on preventative health, women's health, pediatrics, migraine headaches, acute illness, management of chronic illness and more.
