Chadwick Caudill, MD

Chadwick "Chad" Caudill, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN who cares for patients ages 14 and older throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. He provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, supporting patients through pregnancy, childbirth, and ongoing gynecologic needs. He also has a special medical interest in minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Caudill's path to medicine began in his small Appalachian hometown, where two uncles, both physicians, served as early mentors and inspired his medical education journey. Although he initially imagined a different specialty, everything changed during his first OB/GYN rotation in medical school. The experience of delivering his first baby made a lasting impression and ultimately shaped his entire career.

To this day, Dr. Caudill finds his greatest joy in welcoming babies into the world and building long-term relationships with women and their families. He also values the variety and problem‑solving that come with minimally invasive surgery. Whether he is caring for someone through pregnancy, addressing a gynecologic concern, or reconnecting with someone he has cared for over decades, he believes deeply in finding meaning through relationships as well as the clinical work itself. It is the people, and the privilege of being part of their lives over many years, that inspire him every day.

Dr. Caudill is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). He taught OB/GYN residents for 15 years and was the first general OB/GYN in Missouri to perform robotic surgery.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Caudill has a lifelong love of music and plays multiple instruments.
