She talks with you, not at you. She doesn't hesitate with her medical advice and then explains it all so you can understand it clearly and this allows you to feel a part of the treatment required for your best health. And her winning personality is just a bonus that also contributes to you feeling better.

I do like it when they call me with results. But they don't do that much anymore. It's harder for older people to understand technology.
