Dr. Brett Pariseau specializes in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. After a plastic surgical internship and ophthalmology residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI, Dr. Pariseau completed two fellowships in Oculoplastics at The Center for Facial Appearances in Salt Lake City, UT and at the University of North Carolina in Chapel, NC.

The face:
Botox - both cosmetic and functional treatments (hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm).
Droopy eyelids - Blepharoplasty (remove extra lid skin), Ptosis repair (raise the upper lid).
Droopy brows - A low brow can push upper lid skin downward. Treatment includes endoscopic, pretrichial, midforehead, direct and internal brow lifts.
Eyelid skin cancer - He works with dermatology Mohs surgeons who carefully remove the cancer, and he then repairs the defect.

Entropion - eyelid turns in, with lashes rubbing against the eye.
Trichiasis - Eyelid is in normal position, but lashes rub against the eye.
The orbit:
Orbital inflammation, tumors, and fractures.
Thyroid eye disease.
Enucleation, evisceration and exenteration.
Tear ducts:
A blocked tear duct can cause tearing.
Dr. Pariseau has been the president of the Wisconsin Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 2016. A peer reviewer for the Journal of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, his publications appear in PubMed under "Pariseau B." He is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
