April Garcia is an advanced practice nurse prescriber in family medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her bachelor of nursing and her doctor of nursing practice degrees from the University of Wisconsin College of Nursing-Oshkosh.

Garcia's practice is focused on health promotion and disease prevention, well child exams, sports physicals, weight management, diabetes care, smoking cessation, and women's health.

Garcia is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the Wisconsin Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Midwest Nursing Research Society.

In her free time, April enjoys volunteering at her church, going to the movies, and cheering on her children at sports events.
