Antonio Petralia, MD

Dr. Antonio Petralia is a rheumatologist serving adult patients ages 18 and older throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. He specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions that affect the joints, muscles, and connective tissues.

Dr. Petralia offers personalized treatment plans that may include oral medications, joint injections, infusion therapy, physical or occupational therapy, and referrals to other specialists as needed. His clinical interests include managing rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoporosis, and gout. He also has extensive experience treating complex conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus, sarcoidosis, autoimmune myopathies, relapsing polychondritis, and polymyalgia rheumatica.
