She's an amazing listener. She doesn't try to force what she thinks will work. She will recommend but not force it. She waited till I was ready for a change and makes me feel genuinely heard.

I understand that towards the end of the day wait times can get longer. I am glad that Angelita M Rosario takes time with her patients. However, when scheduling an appointment, maybe that should be taken into consideration.
