Very niceand a good choice for my Dr.

My visit felt cold and dismissive. I didn’t see another patient in the entire facility during the time I was there yet it seemed as if she could not get out of the room fast enough. I don’t usually complain about things, as I know everyone has bad days from time to time, but I left the office feeling frustrated and like I had been a waste of her time.

She was short. Although I have underlying conditions, she blew those off and told me I should have gone elsewhere.

I am cancelling any further appointments with her.

She knows her stuff, but since she is not my primary care physician, she did not know my medical history. She also seems to need to work on her patient discussions skills. She was very matter of fact, and did not seem to care for my input much. She diagnosed what she thought was the problem right away, but didn’t explain much on how to improve it other than rest. She provided the brace for it but only after I went back in a few minutes later to ask for it and did not show me how to wear it or for what duration. She also did not give me any exercises to improve the strength to the injured tendon and I looked those up on my own on the internet afterwards. As I said, she’s very knowledgable, but her personal skills with the patient need improvement as I did not feel that she was very friendly with me. She did not discuss at all like my primary care does, so that was disappointing and discouraging.

Me gustó mucho la calidad en su atención, y algo es que estoy ubicada cerca de la clínica y eso me favorece para mis citas médicas (English translation: I liked the quality of care a lot and I'm located close to the clinic and that helps me with my medical appointments.)

Dillinger made an important referral for me in the fall.

She is nice. The 2nd time I saw her she didn’t listen very well.

If in the future I am unable to see Dr. Wedl, I wouldn't hesitate to schedule an appointment with Kristy.
