Angela McDonnell, APRN-CNP

Angela McDonnell, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in pulmonary and sleep medicine. She cares for patients ages 18 and older and sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Angela provides care for a wide range of lung and breathing conditions, including asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, pleural diseases, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, lung nodules, pulmonary fibrosis, restrictive lung disease, sarcoidosis, and obstructive sleep apnea, as well as other sleep-related disorders.

In her practice, Angela focuses on helping patients manage both common and complex lung and sleep conditions with an emphasis on education, support, and long-term health. She believes medicine is about more than treating symptoms alone. For her, it means truly listening, building trust, and helping patients feel seen and cared for during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. She strives to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while empowering patients to take an active role in their health. Her goal is to help each patient improve not only their physical health, but also their overall quality of life by creating a comfortable environment where they feel heard, respected, and cared for.

Angela is professionally affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Missouri State Board of Nursing, and she is a member of the Pulmonary Advanced Practice Providers (APAPP).
