She is a lovely caring provider and always takes the time with me and answers all my questions.

She was fully present during my appointment. She is warm, kind, down to business but never makes me feel rushed. She listens very well.

Besides helping me to be able to move so I have the capability of exercising, she also tells me certain positions to avoid. She fosters self care very nicely.
