She's nice caring thorough

Didn't seem to be concerned if my Lymph nodes were swollen, that I had lost a lot of weight, explaining why I might need a referral or blood tests, how I felt at the time, how long I had been or might, continue to suffer while I wait for an unnamed referral to call me some day, Only referring me to other SSM lab tests & procedures (by SSM of course) but without any way of me knowing how much, or if, my insurance would pay for it. She has done a better job in previous visits , But, between her, SSM Primary Care, SSM as a whole, and their ACTUAL goals I'm not sure I've made the right decision in choosing any of you at this point. However, I did get help from another nurse at that facility in addressing some of my concerns and trying to provide actual information, And, at the SSM hospital billing office when I went to seeking info. that "primary care" did not provide So the jury is still out on SSM as a whole. Otherwise, I may have already called the state attorney general's office about failure to provide ACTUAL "primary care" and related billing costs and justifications for such .

I really like Allison. She’s very thorough & knowledgable. She puts me at ease!
