*Every member of the health care team, from support staff, to nurses, to physician and, most importantly, the patients and their families, are vital to providing and receiving exceptional care. Keeping everyone in the loop and showing respect is how we can achieve a diagnosis and treat the patient in the most effective way possible. Education is key as well as when the patients understand their medical condition or diagnosis, the sooner they can ""own it"" and take charge.* - Alexander Larson, MD
