Dr. Alexander Aria is a dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He treats skin cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, melanoma and rare skin tumors. He is just the finest dermatologist I have ever had! I have been to many but he is caring and truly keeps you informed about all that he is doing and what you need to do. His staff is also caring . I cannot say enough good things about him ! Outstanding!!!!

I liked Dr Aria and he did a great job, just maybe go over the effects of the surgery if it involves the face.
