Dr. Alexander Aria is a dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He treats skin cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, melanoma and rare skin tumors. His services include Mohs micrographic surgery, skin cancer surgery, surgical scar revision, laser surgery, and cancer wound reconstruction.

Dr. Aria is an assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Aria is an avid marathoner and rock climber.

He’s a really nice compassionate fellow and knowledgeable in his field. From his interactions with the resident students observing/assisting in my treatment, I would consider him an excellent teacher too.
