Abigail Schroer, APRN-CNP

Abigail Schroer, APRN, MSN, FNP, is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine, providing preventative and acute care services for patients of all ages. She offers her patients preventative medicine and immunizations; wellness checkups; chronic disease management services; acute care visits; and general health education services.

Using an evidence-based approach, Abigail offers individualized care and ongoing support. She works diligently to provide her patients with the education they need, so they can make informed health care decisions.

Abigail has extensive experience across multiple specialties, including primary care, women's health, pediatrics, urgent care, intensive care, long-term acute care, and outpatient cardiology. This broad training has equipped her with the knowledge and clinical expertise necessary to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a compassionate environment.
