Elizabeth "Libby" Noonan, MD is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in adolescent medicine. She cares for patients from birth through age 21 throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. Dr. Noonan provides general pediatric care in the Danis Pediatrics Center, where she serves as a primary care physician for children and families. She also offers specialized care in her adolescent medicine clinic, where she sees teenagers (by referral only) for concerns such as eating disorders, depression and anxiety, and abnormal uterine bleeding.
Dr. Noonan is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families, helping adolescents navigate both their physical and emotional health needs with compassion and evidence‑based care.
She serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of General Academic Pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Her research focuses on eating disorders, mental health care, and medical education.
Dr. Noonan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine, where she serves as Heartland Chapter President. Beyond her clinical and academic work, she supports the community through her role on the Board of Directors for Almost Home, a transitional living facility that serves young mothers and their infants.
