Dr. Simon aims to provide the most up-to-date gastrointestinal care while forming close, therapeutic relationships with his patients and their families. His research interests include very early onset inflammatory bowel disease (VEO-IBD) and the developmental origins of IBD, including the impact of alterations in the gut microbiome.
Dr. Simon is an assistant professor with the in the Department of Pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
