SSM Health Urgent Care in St. Charles, Missouri is attached to the SSM Health Outpatient Center located on Kisker Road, minutes south of Highway 364 (Page Extension). The entrance is located on the west side of the building; however, it can also be accessed by entering through the main doors of the building. We are easily accessible to residents in St. Peters, St. Charles, Weldon Spring, O'Fallon, Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie and Lake Saint Louis. We accept patients of all ages.
