About our SSM Health Urgent Care

Walk-in access for children and adults available daily.

SSM Health Urgent Care offers an alternative to the ER for the treatment of non-emergency common ailments and minor medical conditions for the whole family.

SSM Health Urgent Care in O'Fallon, Missouri is conveniently located on the first floor of the outpatient center with onsite full-service imaging, lab and a prescription center. The Urgent Care is located off Hwy. 40 and the Winghaven exit, on the edge of the Streets of Caledonia neighborhood. Our location offers easy access to care for residents in O'Fallon, Lake Saint Louis, Defiance and New Melle. We accept patients of all ages.
