SLUCare Physician Group Family Medicine is centrally located off Brentwood Boulevard in The Boulevard shopping center, across from the Galleria. Near the central St. Louis corridor of I-170 and I-64, this location has a nearby parking garage as well as some street parking. The entrance to the office is located just south of Crate & Barrel. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. The bright, airy office is located to the right after exiting the elevator/at the top of the stairs.
