William Moriconi, MD

Dr. William Moriconi is an oncologist who specializes in adult hematology and medical oncology for patients ages 30 and older. He treats solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including colorectal, lung, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, multiple myeloma, breast, and myeloproliferative disorders. He also provides outpatient infusion therapies.

With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Moriconi enjoys working with his patients and their families as they navigate the uncertainty and hardships that come with a cancer journey. He finds it incredibly rewarding when he encounters his patients, years after they've been cured, knowing he helped make a big difference in their lives.

Dr. Moriconi is with the Division of Hematology, Oncology & Cellular Therapy in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Interesting fact: Dr. Moriconi survived polio and numerous surgeries as child, which he credits with helping him become a better person and a more compassionate physician.
