Tyler Harrelson, PA‑C, cares for patients ages 16 and older and sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. He provides comprehensive primary care with a focus on keeping patients healthy and supporting them through every stage of adulthood.

Tyler evaluates and manages both chronic and acute conditions. He provides clear, practical education to help patients understand their health and works closely with them to coordinate important preventive services. He has extensive experience caring for illnesses, injuries, and flare‑ups of long‑term conditions, and he prescribes and manages medications for both short‑term and ongoing health needs.

His clinical interests include preventive medicine, nutrition and diabetes care, and supporting patients' mental health. Tyler's goal is to build trusting relationships with his patients by offering education and personalized care grounded in the most current, evidence‑based standards.
