Dr. Tristan Brown is personable, friendly, and professional. I trust him and his judgment concerning my eye care. He is direct and clear in his explanations and recommendations. On this particular visit, I saw a very compassionate man, a perfect listener. When he asked the usual types of conversation starters, I responded that the day before, my very dear friend, a Sister of St. Agnes also, age 105+, had passed away after a 7-month decline and that I was very tired and sad. He stopped the questions concerning the eyes and just listened so kindly. That helped me take a breath and move forward with my exam. Thank you, Dr. Tristan.

Great Doctor! I always have a good experience at his practice. As a side note, it really upsets me that SSM does not employ Oral Surgeons which is a very serious matter to me. The bullshit that I had to put up with from Dr. Walker, his nurse, and the manager at NFDL Regional Clinic was unbelieveable. If someone has oral cancer, is that not a serious medical issue???? After a year I have yet to see anyone about this other than the huckster at Dental Associates, and I made them refund my money due to their total ineptitude!!! Why is it that I can buy fashion eyewear at your hospital, but I cannot see an Oral Surgeon???? You guys are not helping people quit smoking if they have nowhere to go for treatment in this town!!!!
