Thomas McLemore, APRN-CNP, provides care for adults offering exceptional care and treatment for a wide range of pulmonary conditions that affect breathing and the lungs.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Thomas began his academic journey at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Okla., earning a bachelor's degree in marketing before completing law school at Oklahoma City University. Thomas worked as an attorney for a decade before completing an associate in applied science degree from Oklahoma City Community College and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Thomas provided care to patients as a registered nurse in inpatient units for four years before returning to school to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Additionally, he received a Post Master's Certificate from The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.

Prior to joining SSM Health, Thomas provided care to pulmonology and critical care patients as a nurse practitioner at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage.

When not caring for his patients, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and their son. Together, they enjoy camping, hiking and swimming. They particularly enjoyed the Oklahoma City Thunder's run to the NBA Championship in 2025.
