Theresa Bach, APRN-CNP

Theresa Bach, DNP, APRN-CNP, AGACNP-BC, strives to build relationships of trust with patients, while empowering and encouraging them to make the best decisions for their health. She first became interested in medicine to assist individuals improve their quality of life.

Bach earned her bachelor's degrees in zoology from the University of Oklahoma and in nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She worked as a registered nurse and assistant in several different areas, including the progressive cardiac care, interventional cardiovascular unit, emergency room and outpatient procedural units for more than seven years before furthering her education, completing a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner from Oklahoma City University. She has worked as a nurse practitioner for the last five years in neurosurgery.

Working closely alongside Dr. Zahid Cheema, Theresa will provide care to adults and adolescents, suffering from neurological conditions of the nervous system.
