Theodore Ruff, MD

Theodore Ruff, M.D., General Surgery, has been with SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Shawnee since 2017 and serving Midwest City residents since 1998.

Prior to joining SSM Health, Dr. Ruff served on the staff at an Edmond, Oklahoma hospital and MD Surgery Center. Dr. Ruff completed his undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and attended medical school at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Greene County, Ohio.

Dr. Ruff was a Major stationed at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, Oklahoma and a Captain for Surgery at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He also has over thirteen years of teaching experience at the University of Oklahoma, Department of Family Practice.
