Syed Rizvi, MD, a board-certified gastroenterologist, provides care for adults in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions that affect all areas of the digestive tract. He joins an exceptional team of gastroenterology experts, dedicated to partnering with patients in their care and committed to working together to develop a personalized plan for optimal treatment, health and wellbeing. Dr. Rizvi received his medical degree in Pakistan before completing a gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Rizvi also finished his residency in internal medicine. Prior to joining SSM Health, he has provided care to Oklahomans for nearly two decades. Dr. Rizvi also has experience teaching medical students at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Board certified in gastroenterology, Dr. Rizvi has been published multiple times for his studies. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America, the Oklahoma County Medical Society and the Oklahoma State Medical Association. Dr. Rizvi has served as the chair for multiple events and committees for the Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America.

When not caring for his patients, Dr. Rizvi enjoys playing cricket with his friends.
