Sudhir Batchu, MD

Sudhir Batchu, MD, MS, is a board-certified neurologist in Jefferson City, Missouri, with more than 30 years of experience caring for patients with conditions affecting the brain and nervous system, including stroke, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and other neurological disorders. His clinical interests include general neurology, stroke care, neuroimmunology, neurodiagnostic and neurorehabilitation.

Many patients and colleagues may recognize Dr. Batchu from his previous role as Stroke Service Medical Director at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City. Throughout his career, he has helped advance neurological and stroke care while serving in leadership roles across Missouri and the Midwest.

Dr. Batchu completed his neurology residency at the University of Missouri and a Neuroimmunology Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. His experience includes care delivery and leadership roles with SSM Health, Jefferson Health, The Cleveland Clinic, and the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia.
