He was very good

I wish doctors if wearing a mask, would ask their patients if they have loss. Makes it even more difficult to hear. Especially for a cataract surgeon ( elderly) They should speak up.

He is professional and friendly.

I feel comfortable with the care from Dr. Boorstein however I feel rushed. He is only at this clinic monthly and tries to see multiple patients at once.

As I already mentioned, he is a kind person at heart. He shows that he cares about you. He empathizes with you taking the time to understand your situation and to respond in a way that is helpful. I often times have to wait for him longer than expected once the initial contact is completed by his assistant, admittedly, that is not enjoyable BUT when the DR. makes it to your exam room and takes the time to listen, explain, think of real outcomes and how to improve them, then it is all worthwhile.
