Sarah Lavy, APRN-CNP

Sarah Lavy, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. She cares for patients from newborn through geriatric and sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. Sarah provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including preventive care, wellness exams, management of acute and chronic medical conditions, women's health, health screenings, and patient education, with a special medical interest in urology.

Sarah believes that people deserve to be seen, heard, and cared for as whole human beings, not just diagnoses or problems to solve. Her approach combines evidence-based care with compassion, helping patients navigate illness, uncertainty, and life's challenges with dignity and hope. She values the meaningful moments in healthcare when patients feel genuinely understood.

Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys supporting her daughters at horse competitions and MIZZOU events, camping with her family, and pursuing various crafting projects. While medicine keeps her busy, she says that family and faith are what keep her grounded.
