Sarah was great. Kind and friendly and gave me great suggestions to keep my treatment plan on course.

I believe I accidentally rate her as only “Good” on one question. That was intended to be “Very good”. For Sarah there should have been another level above “Very Good”. I wanted to rate her “Excellent” for all questions.
