Incredibly professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable asking questions, and voicing any concerns I had about the new medication I was being prescribed to treat my IST issues. He took the time to answer my questions, and assure me of my concerns. I'm grateful to have him treating me for my condition, as it is something I have struggled with for some time. I believe this doctor has potential coming from Mayo. Believe he can be a great addition to SSM if he starts using more bedside manner with patients. Having had heart issues I keep good records, blood pressure doc, family heart history doc, cpap history doc etc he looked at two only for about 10 seconds. Seemed rushed even acting as though my heart issue was nothing to be concerned about. After two brothers failing stress tests I am concerned. I am a dedicated volunteer at this hospital and am in a leadership role so this was upsetting.

He eased my concerns about the procedure.
