Salat Jones, APRN-CNP

Salat Jones, PMHNP, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive medical services for adult patients ages 18 and older. He specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He uses an evidence-based approach to create a customized treatment plan that may include counseling, medication and other appropriate therapies.

Before becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Salat worked as a psychiatric registered nurse for several years, caring for both children and adults with mental health issues. He brings that experience and compassion along with quality care for his patients today. He takes the time to get to know his patients, helping to identify the root cause of their mental health issue to properly address their symptoms and enhance their general well-being.
