Ryan Pizinger is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He obtained his undergraduate degree, majoring in biology and minoring in microbiology and chemistry, from the University of Maine in Orono, ME and earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, VA. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH and went on to complete his fellowship in Orthopedic Surgery Sports Medicine at Aspen Orthopaedic Associates in Aspen, CO.

Dr. Pizinger specializes in sports medicine, joint replacement surgery, anterior hip replacement surgery, shoulder reconstruction, and hip, shoulder, and knee arthroscopy, allowing for successful procedures of all different complexities. His goal is to return his patients to their active lifestyle as quickly as possible.

In his time away from work, Dr. Pizinger enjoys golfing and tanning on a beach. He also likes to travel with favorites being the Bahamas and the big island of Hawaii.
