I am the third person I know who has come to see him and the third person leaving his practice and going out of town to another Podiatrist.

I’d recommend Dr. Bertram to anyone who has problems with their feet!

I am very happy with Dr Bertram, as my foot doctor. He knew what my foot needed and took care of it.

I like him as a provider, but there was know discussion about hammer toe, other deformities and what to do about them. My 5 minute appt consisted of, " your A1c is high. I explained about being of medication due to 4 procedures . He asked if I cut my own nails or did I have them done? I said both. He made no comment about why he asked. Pricked by feet and asked if my Primary did this. I responded no. No explanation of what he observed with me. reminded me to work on the A1c to lower it and see you in one year unless something comes up. Now read my clinic notes. I would have had lots of questions. How am I supposed to understand these notes if we had no discussion as he said we did in the notes.

He was very perfessonal and gentle with the procedure.

The office was very busy, and things were running a bit late, but Dr. Bertram apologized for my wait, which was a very nice thing to do. I appreciated that he felt that my time was as important as his. He proceeded to give me his complete attention without rushing me, and things proceeded quickly.

I trust Dr.Bertrum.

He is ivery caring, listens to what you have to say, knowledgeable in his treatment. Very nice person, easy to talk too.

The only bad thing was when I was waiting in the exam room for the doctor. I saw a lot of dust on out of way surfaces and crumbs in the corners of the room. I am a stickler for cleanliness and I can't help but notice such details. I think the cleaning staff needs to be a little more thorough. Other than that, great job!!!
