Dr. Hartman has been my doctor in this area for the past 2 years. He is personable, concerned for my welfare, thorough in the care he provides, and excellent in knowledge and the explanation of any questions or concerns. It has been a privilege to have him as my provider and I thank him for all of the bumps in the road that he has walked me through. Thank you Dr. Hartman.
