Rebecca Melvin, DO, is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. She graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in both internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois.

Since 2009, Dr. Melvin has practiced pediatric medicine. As of 2020, she sees patients of all ages - newborns to age 18 for pediatric medicine and patients ages 18 and older for internal medicine. Her special interests include preventative medicine, women's and children's health, adoption care and minor office procedures including tongue tie clipping, skin lesion removals and ear piercings.

She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians.
