Primary care provider Rebecca Carter returned to her hometown of Moore, Oklahoma more than 15 years ago and has never looked back. Although she has a diverse background of medical experience, including in emergency and intensive care settings, her emphasis on patient-centered, coordinated care brought her to focus on providing non-emergency care for acute and chronic conditions for men, women and children. It's important to her to have collaborative relationships with her patients where they feel their provider is a good listener. She believes in combining the power of prayer with the benefits of modern medicine.

When not caring for patients, she can be found spending time with her extended family who lives in the Moore area or traveling, watching sports or shopping with friends.
