Working in healthcare myself, I try to be understanding and patient. However, the amount of time we had to wait to be seen was unacceptable. It would have been nice to have a little more transparency in the amount of time we were going to have to wait so that we maybe could have left the office to get lunch or explore instead of trying to to wrangle a restless toddler in a small exam room or waiting room. I don’t know if we truly did just catch them on a bad day but I am very hesitant to book another appointment with them in the future.

Very warm demeanor. She took the time to sit and listen to my child’s situation with no rushing. She was very warm kind and enjoyable to work with
