Raksha Soora, MD

Dr. Raksha Soora is an OB/GYN who provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological services for female patients from young adolescents (once they start menstruating) to women in their childbearing years and beyond. Her services include family planning; adolescent gynecology; gynecologic ultrasound; and obstetrics. She also supports outlining and communicating birth preferences with her patients during their pregnancies.

Dr. Soora takes her time getting to know her patients and addressing any concerns they may have, so she can better address their healthcare needs. Her patients appreciate that she is thorough and explains conditions and procedures clearly, while following up with them accordingly.

Dr. Soora is an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health, Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is also a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine and International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
