Dr. Rahiya Rehman is a pediatric gastroenterologist who treats patients from birth to 18 years old. She specializes in general gastrointestinal disorders; infant and child growth and nutrition; inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract; and obesity.
Dr. Rehman provides comprehensive, compassionate care, integrating cutting-edge medical treatments with tailored nutritional guidance to that targets the root causes of her patients' conditions. She also educates her patients and their families on the role nutrition plays in managing and preventing gastrointestinal disorders.
Dr. Rehman is an assistant professor with the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology in the Department of Pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition; American Society of Nutrition; American Gastroenterological Association; and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Rehman served as a Chief Resident at West Virginia University/Charleston Area Medical Center and she was awarded Continuity Clinic Resident of the Year award and Chairman's Award for Scholarly Achievement.
