Rachel Ficker, MSN, APRN, NNP-BC, is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner in the Level IV NICU at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

Rachel has a special interest in caring for extremely premature infants, as well as infants diagnosed with congenital diaphragmatic hernias. Additionally, she is skilled in performing procedures including PICC line placement, chest tube insertion, arterial punctures and umbilical line placement.
