Dr. Paula George is a board-certified, fellowship-trained diagnostic radiologist who specializes in breast imaging, including breast tomosynthesis/3D mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided breast biopsies. She also performs breast cyst aspirations, Magseed localizations, and breast cancer risk assessment analysis to determine breast cancer screening and surveillance programs for patients.

Her special interests include evaluating the benefit of supplementary screening exams, such as breast MRI and breast ultrasound, in women at an increased risk for breast cancer or in women with dense breast tissue, as well as image-guided breast biopsies.

Dr. George is an assistant professor and Chief of Breast Imaging in the Department of Radiology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Her professional memberships include: American College of Radiology, Society of Breast Imaging, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, Missouri Radiological Society, Missouri State Medical Association and the Greater St. Louis Society of Radiologists.
