Patricia Boehle, DPM

Patricia Boehle, DPM, first became interested in podiatry at a young age, having been diagnosed with tibial-intoeing, commonly known as having pigeon toes, when she was only 9 months old. Dr. Boehle went through a two-year process of multiple modalities to correct her gait at a very young age. She carries that passion through today, specializing in treatment related to conditions of the foot, ankle and lower extremities for both adults and adolescents. Dr. Boehle believes that the patient and physician relationship is about being a team and making the most informed decisions together.

Dr. Boehle earned a bachelor's degrees in biology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Ky., before furthering her education at Kent State University in Independence, Ohio, completing a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. She worked as a podiatric medicine and surgery resident for three years and served as chief resident during her program. Dr. Boehle has researched the orthoplastic approach to diabetic limb salvage for lateral foot compartments and peroneus brevis flaps for chronic wounds with exposed Achilles Tendons.

She is a member of several medical associations, including the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association.

When not caring for her patients, Dr. Boehle enjoys spending time with her two children and husband.
