Patricia Dettenmeier's areas of clinical interest include obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), and restless leg syndrome. Outside of her work with patients, Dettenmeier is active in Boy Scouts of America. She has worked at Saint Louis University for over 35 years.

She is incredibly efficient and has a knowledge base that is truly unmatched. She listens and used the medical history to capture what are most likely some long underlying issues. I really feel confident in her assessment and extremely hopeful that the testing supports her conclusions. She is so dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the patient. She is rare and one of the best practitioners that I have ever encountered!
